  • No Pre-Inspection Required
Accessories can be covered at additional cost.

Exclusions: Out of warranty major components (compressors, indoor & outdoor coils, heat exchangers, boiler sections ), bleeding of radiators or loops, external piping to boiler, refrigerant leakage, HEPA cartridge & Ultra boiler maintenance kit. Refunds: No refunds will be issued for partial year coverage. Agreement is not transferable; it stays with the unit/house. Limitations: Parts and/or service required due to accident, misuse, fire, flood, animals, or act of God are not covered. Work performed by another contractor will automatically void the contract. Coverage: Plan is for one year and a renewal invoice will be automatically sent prior to expiration. Maintenance Calls: Every effort is made to contact our clients for their maintenance calls; however, it is the homeowner’s responsibility to make sure they receive their tune up.
